Shopping alone?

I'm 13 (although i look 16) and i'm planning to go shopping by myself today because everyone's too busy. Has anyone ever went shopping alone before? Is it alot easier because you can go where you want, whenver you want?

Shopping alone?
I've never been shopping alone. I think it would be a lot harder, because you don't have anybody to help you. You don't have anyone to hold the clothes, or tell you how you look. Good luck.
Reply:ive shopped alone a few times, when whoever was with me had to like shop in another department at the other end of the store, and i like it alot. i went to the grocery store once completley by myself. it was ok. but i had a list and had to get done quick. but i still think shopping alone is fun! and yeah it is alot easier. but dont get freaked - one time i got real freaked out when i was shopping by myself but then i realized noting would happen and i was calm and i enjoyed my self - its supposed to be fun!!!

But I like it cuz you can go wherever, whenever, and you can try anything on. you have the freedom :)

Reply:hmm. i've been shopping alone once or twice and its not fun because you dont get to have compliments made on you, or insults that will make you think twice. =) a girls got to shop though. so go ahead but consider what other people would say to you if they did see you in that jacket or shirt.
Reply:don't go alone. its dangerous and reallllllllllly borin. i'm in the same grade as you but liike i always call up my friends to hang with me. so then my friends and i would all be able to shop together. and its more fun. =] hope iv'e helped.
Reply:I shop alone alot since I live a bit far from my friends since i graduated college and all my friends live an hour away. Since im not a big shopper i like it better sometimes cause you can go where you want and dont have to worry about other people not wanting to be there you can relax, although sometimes it can be tough cause you dont have a second opinion in times like that buy it and bring it home and show people if they dont like it or you change your mind return it or i will put it on hold til the next day and bring someone with me the next day.
Reply:I HATE shopping alone (unless its for underthings!) Theres nobody to tell you what looks good, to help point out things you may have missed on the racks, or to offer to pay ;) hehe
