The Galleria on Brentwood Blvd. %26amp; Clayton Rd. It has H%26amp;M and Urban Outfitters. They used to have A%26amp;F, but they must pulled out b/c I no longer see it in the store directory.

Depending on where you are, West County is probably your best bet. They have upscale stores including those you mentioned as they are in a nice part of the county.
