I'm only 14 but i really want to start shopping online cause you don't have to go through ranks and all except my parents won't let me use their credit card so is there another way i can shop online?

Some websites offer many paying methods- personal check, credit card, money order, etc. But I guarantee that http://amazon.com is a safe online ordering website, even though I think they ONLY require credit cards. But I don't think you should order from http://ebay.com. If you like anime, go to http://zstore.com, they have more methods than paying with credit cards.
