1-Taksim is my favorite there are little side street vendors along the main avenue of taksim (where some of the biggest hotels are located) there you can get everything. 1 dollar t.shirts etc.
2-any of the bazars they are located monday-saturday in different districts
3-grand bazar know as kapali carsi it is huge and amazing
