Girls and shopping?

when a girl asks you to go shopping with them, do you think they would like the guy to buy them something, like a dress?


and what is something that they want the guy to do while we go shopping?


by the way i have a crush on this girl, but this girl is taking me because we are friends, and she wants to help me pick something that i wear for the formal.


do you also think there is a chance she likes me?. but i am more interested in the answer you have for what she wants the guy to do when we go shopping.

I think she just wants to help you pick something for the formal. If you see something she looks fabulous in tell her so and if she tries it on and it fits. Offer to buy it for her, she might think it's sweet. If she wants to pay offer to pay half and half. She probably wants to hang out. If it goes well ask her out someplace again "I had a really good time today. We should do this more often." or something... Good luck :)

My female friends like helping me shop for clothes, women just like doing that kind of thing.


Does she like you? Hard to tell. Good test: If shopping goes well, ask her out to a movie or something, just you two. That'll be a good indication of whether she likes you or not.
Reply:No, I don't think she really expects to buy them something, but you could try anyway. If you want to buy her something, you could just ask her if she would like... "this" or she might just say "as a mater of fact", "how much she would like" or "how pretty that looks"(:D you could take that as a clue)
Reply:She probably wants you to go with her to get a guy's opinion on her dress. Like the last person said, you don't need to do anything in particular. Just help her find a hot dress. Unfortunately, if she's asking you to go along it probably means she isnt into you... she values your friendship and your opinion as a guy. If you guys are doing "friends" things like going shopping, she probably wants to keep it just friends.





On another note... if you want to be bold, let her know how you feel about her. I've found through a great deal of trial and error that its best just to put it out there and see where the chips fall. There is nothing worse than having a crush on someone and having it burn a hole in you.
