Sure there are mail addresses to ask for catalogues, but they don't send their printed issues out for nothing, so usually if you're not a resident of that country, they won't send them to you. When you're a German resident, you could e.g. inquire via email at the majors like Otto, Quelle, Neckermann for "special size" catalogues and give them your resident address, and they'll send them to you. Don't hesitate to write in English. I'm sure there are mail order stores in the Netherlands that will do just the same. But they probably won't send their catalogues abroad, i.e. out of the area they're doing business in, and for smaller businnesses which might have what you're looking for, you'll better search the net.
